Aaron Singer has been coaching for over a decade. 

After studying Sports Physiology at CSU Chico he spent time as a Medic in the Air Force. He used the education and experience to help people in a wide range of demographics to reach their health and fitness goals. 

Along the way Aaron partnered with a personal training/nutrition coaching center that focused on helping people find alignment using the Egoscue method. 

Most recently Aaron has been coaching CrossFit and utilizing these methods to keep his athletes safe and in alignment.
